Maintaining older, listed homes places significant demands on our small charity. Repairs can require specialist skills and materials, while the everyday costs of providing safe, comfortable accommodation continue to rise. Newbury Almshouse Trust is now fundraising to ensure that our properties can continue to provide homes for people in need for generations to come.

To kick off our fundraising efforts we are concentrating on raising money to provide each resident with an electric blanket to keep them warm and cosy this winter.
