Newbury Almshouse Trust is a local charity providing affordable housing. With 42 properties in Newbury, we are aware of the growing demand for housing in the area and are looking at ways to extend both our reach and the amount of homes we are able to provide.

To start this process, we are inviting our residents to a monthly free coffee morning in order to build our community. These coffee mornings are held at City Arts, another local charity close to our properties.

​

We are looking for businesses to sponsor one or more of our coffee mornings to ensure we can keep providing this vital service to our residents.

Our coffee mornings:

• Create a vibrant and supportive community

• Enable us to share information about the Trust to residents

• Provide an opportunity to tell others about the important work we do

• Support other local charities, like City Arts.

The coffee mornings can also be a chance for your business to make a valuable contribution to a local charity. You can also use the opportunity to highlight what you can offer our residents or increase your visibility within the local area.

Our coffee mornings cost £100 to sponsor, which includes:

• Your logo on our website as one of our supporters

• Your business shared on our social media and other communications regarding the coffee morning.

• Your branding and a representative present, as well as any supporting material you wish to provide.
